1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms are an agreement between you and COMPETITION COMMAND CENTER LLC. By accessing or using 3C, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use 3C on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization within the scope of your account and role.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and using your account only as authorized. Account access may depend on your role, organization membership, athlete relationship, age, guardian authorization, invitation status, and other permission rules. You may not impersonate another person or use another person’s account without authorization.
3. Minors, guardians, and organizations
3C includes workflows designed for athletes who may be minors. Parents, guardians, coaches, and organizations are responsible for providing information and granting access only when they have authority to do so. Features available to a minor athlete may differ from those available to an adult athlete, and linked guardians may receive visibility into certain communications, analysis, notes, or media involving a minor athlete.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use 3C to harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, stalk, discriminate against, or endanger another person; upload unlawful or unauthorized content; interfere with service operation; attempt to bypass permissions or security controls; scrape or reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law; distribute malware; or use the service for unlawful activity.
5. User content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you create or upload, subject to rights held by others. You grant 3C the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, reproduce, display, synchronize, back up, and otherwise handle that content solely to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload or share videos, images, communications, athlete information, and other content. Do not upload content that you are not authorized to provide.
6. Competition information
Schedules, brackets, call times, ring or mat assignments, alerts, and other competition information may be entered by users, organizations, or third parties and may change. 3C is a coordination tool and is not the official governing authority for any tournament, match, event, medical decision, or rules determination. Users should confirm important competition information with the appropriate organizer or governing body.
7. Communications and coach feedback
3C may facilitate messages, announcements, coach notes, video analysis, and performance feedback. Users must communicate professionally and within applicable organization, safeguarding, and sport-governing rules. 3C may apply role- and age-based visibility rules to communications involving athletes.
8. Beta features and service availability
During beta, 3C may add, remove, modify, suspend, or test features without notice. We may impose reasonable limits on accounts, media, storage, organizations, or feature availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and some functionality may depend on device capabilities, network connectivity, third-party platforms, or synchronization.
9. Third-party services
3C may rely on hosting, authentication, communications, app-store, analytics, payment, or other third-party services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
10. Intellectual property
3C, Competition Command Center, associated branding, software, interface design, documentation, and other service materials are owned by or licensed to COMPETITION COMMAND CENTER LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of 3C or its technology.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, organizations, the service, legal compliance, or security, including for material violations of these Terms. You may stop using 3C at any time and may request account deletion as described on our Account Deletion page.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3C is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. 3C is not a substitute for official event instructions, professional medical advice, emergency services, or safeguarding authorities.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, COMPETITION COMMAND CENTER LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations may not apply to you.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as 3C evolves. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
